Intellectual Property & Infringement Policy

1. Alvora AI's Intellectual Property

The following are the exclusive intellectual property of Alvora LLC and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and applicable law:

• The Alvora AI platform, including all source code, algorithms, and system architecture
• AI prompt designs, evaluation logic, scoring methodology, and rubric frameworks
• The Alvora AI brand name, logo, and all associated visual identity
• All written content on hire.alvora.ai, including marketing copy, documentation, and UI text
• AI-generated reports and evaluations produced by the Platform

No user, partner, or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any of the above without prior written permission from Alvora LLC.

2. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the Platform, including resumes, job descriptions, and rubric files. By uploading content, users represent that:

• They own the content or have full rights to upload it
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or trade secret
• The content does not violate any applicable law

Alvora LLC is not responsible for user-uploaded content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Liability for such infringement rests solely with the uploading user.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Alvora AI's intellectual property are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Platform or its AI systems
• Copying or reproducing Alvora AI's UI, design, or feature set for a competing product
• Using the Alvora AI name, logo, or brand in any way that implies partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without written approval
• Scraping or extracting data, questions, evaluation reports, or scoring outputs from the Platform for any commercial purpose
• Training any AI or machine learning model using data or outputs from the Platform

4. Reporting Infringement (DMCA / Takedown Process)

If you believe that content on the Alvora AI Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to lakshya@alvora.ai with the following information:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work or IP you believe has been infringed
• A description of where the infringing content appears on the Platform (with URL if possible)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

We will review all valid notices and respond within 10 business days. If the claim is valid, we will remove the infringing content and notify the user who uploaded it.

5. Counter-Notice Process

If your content was removed due to an infringement notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to lakshya@alvora.ai with:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the removed content and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error
• Your consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for Delaware
• Your signature

We will restore content within 10-14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringers

Alvora LLC will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, in accordance with our Terms of Use.

7. Trademark

"Alvora AI" and the Alvora AI logo are trademarks of Alvora LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.
